Our goal is to produce, quality handcrafted leather products. In line with the true heritage and values of the west. Our styles and manufacturing process are no different to those used 200 years ago. We are a true small operation, and none of our leather products are massed produced.

Customised order policy.

All customers will be contacted directly to discuss their order, prior to production.
Once a design is agreed upon and production is started changes cannot be made.
Very clear instructions are given on how to measure your belt length, if a different method is used to measure your belt it will likely be to small and re-making of your belt will require a new order and payment.
Please be as clear as possible when entering your order. The more detail you give us the quicker we'll be able to start your order and the higher the quality of you will receive.
Please remember all of our leather products are 100% hand made, and no two products are the same. You may find little variances in patterns and designs. this is the nature of handmade.
Please be aware of copyright laws. If you have found a design from another leather crafter or mass-produced company, you would like replicated. Please email us the pictures with your order numbers. we are able to use these as a reference to produce your product, but we WILL NOT copy another's work. Sorry.

Shipping and refund policy.

We endeavor to ship all custom orders within 24 hours of completion. We will email/text pictures of the production process and finished product before shipping.
All clothing and apparel lines will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement. (Pre-sale items excluded.)
All custom orders are final and to returns or refunds will be excepted for change of mind or incorrect information given.
Errors made on our behalf will be refunded or re-made.
Apparel returns and exchanges are excepted. Please supply prepaid mailing bag etc. if you are wanting an exchange.
